Aquafine established an important presence in the industry in the 1950's with our UV system design, becoming a leader in the reduction of TOC for semiconductor applications. These products are the legacy of Aquafine and the research and designs continue to influence the UV systems being offered today.

The SCD, USD and RBE series are tried and true systems that were established as our standard models over 50 years ago, and because of the quality and advanced design Aquafine is known for, many of these models are still functioning today.
