The purpose of this position is to provide marketing strategies and marketing management leadership at Aquafine.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan.
- Translate business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio, objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business growth.
- Develops marketing strategies based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, copyright and royalty requirements, and cost and markup factors.
- Recommends market research issues and conducts research on approved issues.
- Engages in all activities related to business development within assigned markets.
- Supporting and facilitating development and execution of marketing plans.
- Developing marketing strategy depending on the knowledge of organizational policy, market nature, royalty and copyright requirements, and markup and cost factors.
- Developing promotional materials, which include marketing print and collateral copies.
- Assisting in strategic plans for client demonstrations, presentations, displays, etc.
- Working with regional offices to design and implement prospective and client contact system.
- Developing and administering marketing database that includes prospect and client information, access to financial documents and reports, applications of mailing list, etc.
- Developing and delivering insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business department where appropriate.
- Ensuring that the business department modifies its use of support and shared services.
- Assisting the business department to meet its goals objectives.
- Customer Focus – Builds and sustains positive and collaborative relationships with customers (internal or external, as applicable).
- Strategic and Tactical Thinking – Gathers, organizes, and analyzes data from many different perspectives, and develops succinct conclusions. Evaluates alternatives courses and makes sound strategic decisions.
- Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
- Oversee marketing development activities.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods and on short notice. The exact amount of travel will vary according to the location of the customer and the extent of the service to be performed and will involve weekends.
- Wastewater/Drinking Water industry a plus.
